A Fireman’s Prayer American Flag Picture Frame with Photo Opening

Description

A Fireman’s Prayer, printed in full over a watercolor American flag and framed with an opening for a photograph. The 8×8 takes a 4×6 print and comes in four frame colors — Barnwood, Charcoal, Black, and Walnut. As a firemans prayer American flag picture frame it arrives finished, the prayer and the flag already printed along with a small bronze-toned figure of a kneeling firefighter at the foot of the verse, so the only thing left to add is your photo.

The prayer opens, “When I am called to duty, LORD, wherever flames may rage, give me strength to save some life whatever be its age.” It asks for the alertness to hear the weakest shout, the skill to put the fire out quickly and efficiently, and the will to guard every neighbor and protect his property. Its last lines turn toward home: if it is God’s plan that the firefighter should not come back, please bless and protect my family each and every day. Set against the stars and stripes, the words read as both a firefighter’s prayer and a tribute to public service, and the kneeling figure, head bowed beside a helmet, has long stood for firefighters lost in the line of duty. That gives the frame two lives — a proud gift for a cadet or an active firefighter, or a memorial keepsake for a firefighter wife or a family remembering one of their own.

You add the photo once the frame arrives. A clear front panel keeps the photo protected while the frame stands on a desk or hangs on the wall.

Each frame is made to order in our family-owned shop in NE Ohio and printed with fade-resistant inks, so the red and blue of the flag stay rich. Made in the USA by a small family business, it is finished in the frame color you choose. It belongs in a firehouse day room, a captain’s office, or a family hallway, and it is one of the few picture frames for firefighters that carries the whole prayer. It especially suits a firefighter who also served in the military, where the flag carries a double meaning.

Give it as a fire academy graduation gift, for a promotion, for a retirement after years on the job, or among fathers day gifts for firefighters. Whichever moment it marks, it keeps the prayer and the photo together. Choose the frame color and order it today.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.

Crossroads Home Decor is built around one simple idea: to Inspire, Encourage, and Connect. If you have any questions about this listing or your order, please send us a message — we’re happy to help. Thank you for supporting a small family business.
