Football Helmet Patent Canvas Print, 1960 Vintage Sports Art

Description

This canvas reproduces a 1960 patent drawing of a two-bar face guard mounted on a classic shell football helmet, showing the pivot point at the temple, the adjustment arc, and the serrated clamp that locks the bars in place. It comes gallery-wrapped in 11×14 or 16×20, stretched over a solid wood frame. As a football helmet patent canvas print it suits a den, an office, or a game room wall on its own or as part of a growing gallery.

The drawing sets out a safety accessory for a football helmet in careful detail – a shell with an ear hole, a two-bar guard pivoted at the temple, and a serrated clamp that lets the angle adjust and hold. It reads as honest sporting-goods engineering rather than a themed team sign, the kind of detail a coach, a former player, or a patent-print collector recognizes right away. Whether the room leans classic or modern, it settles naturally above a trophy shelf, a bar, or a row of collected sports finds.

Made in the USA, this canvas is printed and hand-finished in our family-owned shop in Northeast Ohio, using fade-resistant inks on a gallery wrap built to last. Each piece is made to order, so it ships once your size and style are chosen. This vintage football wall art holds its own next to other sports-history keepsakes, and it makes a fitting gift for a coach, a player, or a collector who appreciates real technical drawing over a themed team sign.

The canvas ships with adhesive strips already included, so it holds securely without nails or tools and removes cleanly without holes or wall damage – ideal for a dorm, a rental, or an office. Choose 11×14 for a shelf above a trophy case, or step up to 16×20 to anchor a den wall on its own.

A football helmet face guard drawn to patent-office precision rarely turns up on a wall, and this canvas brings that honest detail to a den, an office, or a collector’s shelf. Choose your size and style and bring it home today.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
