Fishing Lure Patent Canvas Print, 1969 Vintage Tackle Wall Art

Description

This canvas reproduces a 1969 patent drawing of a torpedo-shaped diving plug lure, showing its twin treble hooks, a painted eye, and the hinged diving plate at the nose that sends it wobbling under the water. It comes gallery-wrapped in 11×14 or 16×20. As a fishing lure patent canvas print it suits a den, a cabin, or a lake house wall on its own or as part of a growing gallery.

The drawing sets out a plug lure in careful detail – a torpedo-shaped body, two treble hooks, a painted eye, and a hinged plate at the nose with tapered side wings built to resist wobble as it runs on the line. It reads as honest tackle-box engineering rather than a themed cabin sign, the kind of detail an angler or a patent-print collector recognizes right away. Whether the room leans rustic or modern, it settles naturally above a workbench, a mantel, or a row of collected fishing finds.

Made in the USA, this canvas is printed and hand-finished in our family-owned shop in Northeast Ohio, using fade-resistant inks on a gallery wrap built to last. Each piece is made to order, so it ships once your size and style are chosen. This vintage fishing lure wall art holds its own next to other tackle-box keepsakes, and it makes a fitting gift for an angler or a collector who appreciates real technical drawing over a themed cabin sign.

The canvas ships with adhesive strips already included, so it holds securely without nails or tools and removes cleanly without holes or wall damage – ideal for a cabin, a rental, or a lake house. Choose 11×14 for a shelf above the tackle box, or step up to 16×20 to anchor a den wall on its own. Either size is gallery-wrapped, with the image carried around the edges for a finished look.

A diving plug drawn to patent-office precision rarely turns up on a wall, and this canvas brings that honest detail to a den, a cabin, or a lake house gallery. Choose your size and style and bring it home today.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
