Van Gogh Almond Blossom Canvas Print, Blue and White Floral Wall Art

Description

Almond Blossom, Vincent van Gogh’s 1890 painting of white blossoms against a turquoise sky, arrives printed on gallery-wrapped canvas in 14×11 and 20×16, with a floating-frame upgrade available at either size. As a van gogh almond blossom canvas print, it comes stretched, sealed, and ready to hang, so the only decision left is size and style.

In the spring of 1890, while recovering at the asylum in Saint-Remy-de-Provence, Van Gogh set cut almond branches in front of him and painted this scene to welcome his newborn nephew and namesake, Vincent Willem, into the world. Sprays of white blossom open along dark, twisting branches against a flat turquoise sky, a bold, graphic design that reflects the Japanese woodblock prints this Post-Impressionist master collected and admired for years. The original hangs today at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, and reproduced on canvas it keeps every heavy outline and confident brushstroke that make it one of his best-loved late paintings.

Each canvas is made to order in our family-owned shop in NE Ohio, printed with fade-resistant inks and gallery-wrapped over solid wood bars so the image continues around the edges with no white border. The 14×11 suits a hallway or desk wall, while the 20×16 holds a wall on its own as a statement piece, and either size settles into botanical wall art, blue wall decor, or a van gogh wall art gallery.

Hanging strips are included in the box – press them to the wall and the canvas holds securely without nails or tools, and removes cleanly without holes or wall damage, which makes it workable in an apartment, a rental, a dorm, or an office. Choose gallery-wrapped for a clean, minimal edge, or the floating-frame upgrade for a raised border and a bit more presence on a larger wall.

Pick your size and style, and bring the hopeful color of Van Gogh’s spring blossoms to your wall – a fitting choice for anyone who loves his work or a fresh piece of botanical art.
