Race Car Patent Canvas Print, Vintage Open-Wheel Racing Wall Art

Description

A race car patent canvas print, reproducing a 2020 U.S. patent drawing of a modern open-wheel racer from plan view, side elevation, and front and rear views. The 11×14 suits a shelf or gallery wall, and the 16×20 makes a bolder statement for an office or den, both gallery-wrapped and ready to hang.

The original filing runs six sheets, and this canvas keeps the drawing’s own reference numerals and lettering intact. The plan view shows a wide, multi-element front wing and four exposed slick tires; the side elevation shows the airbox rising over the cockpit and a shark-fin engine cover running back toward the rear wing. It is the kind of technical detail that separates a genuine patent drawing from a generic checkered-flag graphic, and it rewards a longer look than most car art gets. A patent drawing like this one was filed to explain a real machine to an examiner, not to decorate a wall, and that honesty is exactly what makes it hold up as art.

Made in the USA, each canvas is made to order in our family workshop in Northeast Ohio and printed with fade-resistant inks on gallery-wrapped canvas. It suits a garage, den, office or game room, and works equally well as a gift for a racing enthusiast, a collector, or anyone who reads a blueprint the way other people read a photograph.

The classic gallery-wrapped canvas has the image carried around the edges for a clean, finished look. It hangs with adhesive strips already in the box – it holds securely without nails or tools, and removes cleanly without holes or wall damage, so it travels well between apartments, rentals, dorms and offices.

A race car patent canvas print like this one turns a familiar shape into something worth reading twice. Pick the size and the style, and it arrives ready to hang.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
