Monopoly Patent Canvas Print, 1935 Board Game Blueprint Wall Art

Description

The 1935 Monopoly patent drawing, printed on gallery-wrapped canvas in 11×14 and 16×20. As a Monopoly patent canvas print it brings the original board to a game room or den in the aged sepia tone of an archive sheet, with every square, card pile and token drawn in fine line work.

The main figure is the complete board. MONOPOLY runs across the centre between the Community Chest and Chance piles, the four corners carry GO with its arrow, Jail and Just Visiting, Free Parking and Go to Jail, and the edges hold the familiar streets, railroads and utilities, from Mediterranean Avenue to Boardwalk, Water Works and the Electric Company. Smaller figures down the side show the playing tokens – a thimble, a cannon, an iron, a top hat, a shoe and a battleship – along with the little houses and hotels and a pair of dice. It is the game almost every family has played, laid out exactly as it was drawn when it was patented in 1935.

Each canvas is made to order in our family workshop in NE Ohio, printed with fade-resistant inks and gallery-wrapped by hand. Made in the USA, it works as game room wall art over a card table, as board game wall decor in a basement family room, or as a piece of vintage game room decor in a den or home office.

Adhesive hangers come in the box, so the canvas holds securely without nails or tools, and removes cleanly without holes or wall damage – practical for apartments, rentals, dorms and offices. The 11×14 fits above a shelf of games; the 16×20 has room to anchor a game room wall. The gallery-wrapped edges give the canvas a finished gallery look.

For the family that keeps a worn Monopoly box on the shelf and plays it every holiday, choose the size and style, and it arrives ready to hang.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
