Description
The Lawyer’s Prayer, printed in full and gallery-wrapped on canvas, in 11×14 and 16×20, available plain or with the floating-frame upgrade. As lawyers prayer canvas wall art it’s sized to hold its own on an office wall, a law firm hallway, or a study.
Attributed to Saint Thomas More, patron saint of lawyers, the prayer reads in full: “Lord, grant that I may be able in argument, accurate in analysis, strict in study, candid with clients and honest with adversaries. Stand beside me in court, so that today I shall not, in order to win a point, lose my soul.” It reads less like a blessing on the profession and more like a private standard held to in every case — printed at a size meant to be read from across a room, not just up close.
Each canvas is made to order in our family-owned shop in NE Ohio, printed with fade-resistant inks and gallery-wrapped over solid wood sub-frames so the image carries around the edges. The 11×14 suits a hallway or a credenza wall; the 16×20 holds an office wall on its own. Both are available gallery-wrapped or with the floating-frame upgrade.
It hangs with damage-free strips included in the box — press them to the wall and the canvas holds securely without nails or tools, then lifts away without leaving holes. That makes it workable in a rented office, a firm suite, or a courthouse building where drilling means paperwork.
Choose a size and a style, and give it as a law school graduation gift, a congratulations for passing the bar, or a thank-you gift for a mentor who taught the standard as well as the law.
Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
Crossroads Home Decor is built around one simple idea: to Inspire, Encourage, and Connect. If you have any questions about this listing or your order, please send us a message — we’re happy to help. Thank you for supporting a small family business.
