Horse Jumping Patent Canvas Print, Vintage 1942 Equestrian Art
Price range: $29.99 through $34.99
This horse jumping patent canvas print reproduces a 1942 patent drawing of a horse and rider clearing a rail fence, on aged parchment, for a rider, trainer or admirer of the sport.
The plate draws the horse mid-leap over a five-rail schooling fence, with the ground-anchored braces sketched in fine hand-inked lines a photo cannot match.
Made to order and hand-finished in our family workshop in Northeast Ohio, it is made in the USA and hangs with adhesive strips that hold securely without nails or tools and remove cleanly without wall damage.

Description
A horse and rider clearing a five-rail schooling fence, its ground-anchored braces drawn in fine detail, fills this canvas in aged sepia tones on parchment. It comes in two sizes, 11×14 and 16×20, each finished as gallery-wrapped canvas. As a horse jumping patent canvas print it arrives ready to hang, with the artwork already stretched and finished.
The drawing is dated 1942, patented for the fence itself rather than the horse, which is shown clearing it in mid-stride. Work like this predates digital rendering, so every rail and brace was inked by hand rather than photographed. For a rider or trainer who has spent years around a ring, or a collector chasing vintage horse wall art and horse pictures wall decor, it reads as a genuine piece of the sport’s own history rather than a styled reproduction.
This canvas is made to order and printed with fade-resistant inks in our family workshop in Northeast Ohio, made in the USA and hand-finished before it ships. It sits well next to other horse canvas wall art and horse art wall decor already on a tack room or den wall, and holds its own for anyone building a collection around the sport rather than a modern photo print.
Both the 11×14 and 16×20 canvas hang with adhesive strips that hold securely without nails or tools and remove cleanly without holes or wall damage, so it works as well in a barn office or stable lounge as it does in a family den. The gallery-wrapped canvas is ready to hang on its own, with the image carried around the edges.
Add this horse jumping patent canvas print to a rider’s den, a barn office, or a fan’s growing set of horse prints wall art favorites, and it arrives finished, ready to hang the day it’s unpacked.
Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
