Boxing Glove Patent Canvas Print – Vintage 1898 Leather Mitt Blueprint Wall Art
Price range: $29.99 through $34.99
This boxing glove patent canvas print reproduces an 1898 design for a single laced leather mitt, drawn in fine mechanical detail for a gym, den, or coach’s office.
Four views on the sheet show the closed fist, the open lacing slot, the thumb pocket and a cutaway of the stuffed interior – the kind of technical drawing collectors of boxing glove patent prints look for.
Made in the USA in our family-owned shop, this canvas holds securely without nails or tools, and removes cleanly without holes or wall damage.

Description
A hand-drafted rendering of an 1898 boxing glove patent, printed on gallery-wrapped canvas in two sizes, 11×14 and 16×20. As a boxing glove patent canvas print it reproduces the same fine linework as the original drawing – the laced cuff, the padded knuckle, and the stitching around the thumb.
The sheet lays out four views of a single glove: closed in profile with its laced cuff, opened flat to show the eyelet lacing, a close-up of the thumb pocket and finger rolls, and a cutaway revealing the dark stuffed interior. It is an early, almost surgical look at how a boxing glove was built before padding and lacing became standardized, and it reads as vintage boxing wall art with real detail behind the sepia tones rather than a decorative afterthought.
Made in the USA, this canvas is made to order and printed in our family-owned workshop in Northeast Ohio, with fade-resistant inks that keep the sepia and parchment tones true for years. The canvas is gallery-wrapped over solid stretcher bars, with the image carried around the edges. The same technical linework that appeals to collectors of antique boxing glove patents also reads well as boxing gloves wall art for a training room, den or man cave.
Both sizes arrive ready to hang, and the included strips hold the canvas securely without nails or tools, and remove cleanly without holes or wall damage – well suited to a rented apartment, dorm room, or gym that changes hands often. The 11×14 suits a desk or shelf grouping; the 16×20 commands a wall on its own.
Add this boxing glove patent canvas print to a gym, den or coach’s office, and let the century-old linework carry the history of the sport onto the wall.
Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
