Pearl Harbor Framed Print – WWII Naval History Wall Art for the Home

$27.99

This pearl harbor framed print brings a rare color photograph from the December 7, 1941 attack into a den, office, or hallway with a connection to military history.

It shows the attack itself, not a staged tribute to it — two battleships burning at their berths while a launch of sailors works to pull men from the water.

Made in the USA in our family-owned shop, it comes in four frame colors with an easel back for a shelf or a hanger for the wall, simple to set up either way.

Description

Pearl Harbor, printed and framed at 8×8, in four frame colors — Barnwood, Charcoal, Black, and Walnut. As a pearl harbor framed print it reproduces a color photograph taken during the December 7, 1941 attack: two battleships moored together, heavy black smoke pouring from a fire burning on the water at their side, and a motor launch of sailors in white uniforms working along the burning water to pull men from the sea.

This is a rare surviving photograph from that morning, not a later illustration. The nearer battleship carries a tripod mast and a boat crane swung out over the water, standard fittings on an American battleship of that era. A second launch and a barge stand ready close by while the first works through the smoke — five sailors in white reaching over the gunwale into the burning water. No ship’s name or hull number is legible in the photograph; it simply shows what happened that morning, kept exactly as the camera recorded it.

Each print is made in the USA, made to order in our family-owned shop in Northeast Ohio, with fade-resistant inks so the color holds instead of fading to gray. It works as patriotic decor and military wall art in a den, office, or hallway, and it makes a fitting piece of veteran gifts or history gifts for a father, grandfather, or anyone who studies the Pacific war. It also stands on its own as military decor for a collector building out a wall of world war 2 history.

The 8×8 stands on its own easel back for a shelf or desk, or hangs on the wall with the built-in hanger, whichever the room calls for. Its front panel is lightweight and shatter-resistant, clear enough that the color and the detail in the photograph read true, and it comes in Barnwood, Charcoal, Black, or Walnut.

Add this pearl harbor framed print to a wall built around service and history, or give it to someone who still marks December 7 every year.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.

Crossroads Home Decor is built around one simple idea: to Inspire, Encourage, and Connect. If you have any questions about this listing or your order, please send us a message — we’re happy to help. Thank you for supporting a small family business.
