Bow Hunter’s Prayer Picture Frame – Add Your Own Hunting Photo

Description

A Bow Hunter’s Prayer, printed and framed, with an 8×8 opening beside it for a photograph. The 8×8 takes a 4×6 print, in four frame colors: Barnwood, Charcoal, Black, and Walnut. As a bow hunter’s prayer picture frame it arrives finished — the prayer and the archer’s silhouette already in place — so the only thing left to decide is which photo goes in.

The prayer is written from a hunter’s own voice, asking to take life only within his skill and never carelessly: ‘O Lord, I am a hunter, and life I seek to take, but let me not attempt the shot beyond my skill to make.’ It closes with the same clear-eyed request: ‘Grant that I may die at least, as clean as those I killed.’ It is a serious prayer about a serious responsibility, not a lighthearted hunting slogan. It speaks to the ethic every responsible hunter thinks about before drawing back — a quick, humane harvest — and asks for it plainly, out loud.

You add the photo once the frame arrives. The front panel is clear, lightweight, and shatter-resistant, so the photo stays protected once it’s in place.

Each frame is made in the USA, made to order, and finished by hand in our family-owned shop in Northeast Ohio. It comes in four frame colors — Barnwood, Charcoal, Black, and Walnut — so it fits a cabin, an office, or a bedroom just as well as a mantel. As hunting decor it holds its own beside deer hunting accessories and other hunting essentials already gathered on a shelf, and it works as a thoughtful hunting picture frame for dad, a husband, or a son — a fitting piece of hunting cabin decor for the lake house, the den, or deer camp.

Choose a frame color, add a favorite hunting photo, and give a bowhunter a prayer that speaks to what the hunt is really about.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.

Crossroads Home Decor is built around one simple idea: to Inspire, Encourage, and Connect. If you have any questions about this listing or your order, please send us a message — we’re happy to help. Thank you for supporting a small family business.
