Description
A four-legged, armored walker stands in two views on this sheet — front and side elevations, drawn in fine schematic linework on an aged parchment ground. It comes framed in Barnwood, Charcoal, Black, or Walnut. As walker patent print wall art it reads like a real engineering drawing rather than a poster, and it settles just as well into a den or a study as it does above a desk.
The design is Des. 266,777, issued November 2, 1982, and the number and date print right on the sheet alongside the two views. Reproducing both elevations side by side is what separates a real patent drawing from a single promotional illustration — it shows how the design was actually registered.
Each order is made in the USA, in our family-owned workshop in Northeast Ohio, printed with fade-resistant inks so the sepia tone holds up over time. It’s a solid pick for a son, a dad, or a friend who collects vintage sci-fi design work, and it reads as sharp, quiet decor even to someone who has never seen the original film.
This is a wall piece — it arrives with a hanger already attached, simple to hang, with no separate hardware needed. The front is a clear, shatter-resistant panel, lightweight and crystal-clear, so the fine lines and the small printed patent number stay legible close up.
One design, two views, one sheet, four frame colors. It works as a birthday or Christmas gift for a longtime fan, and it holds its own as everyday den or office wall art well after the occasion.
Each order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
