Memorial & Sympathy Wall Art

Choosing One As A Sympathy Gift

The usual worry is saying the wrong thing. A printed poem helps because it does the saying — you are handing over words somebody else found, which is easier to receive than a sentence you had to construct at a funeral. Pick on the relationship rather than the occasion: a piece written for a mother reads differently from a general condolence verse, and the difference is felt.

On timing, later is often better than sooner. A sympathy gift arriving three weeks after the service, when the house has gone quiet, tends to land harder than one more thing on the day.

Sizes And Frames
