Lilac Breasted Roller Picture Frame, Lessons from a Bird Friendship Gift

Description

Lessons from a Bird, printed and framed, with an opening beside the artwork for a photograph. The 8×8 takes a 4×6 print, in four frame colors: Barnwood, Charcoal, Black and Walnut. As a lilac breasted roller picture frame it pairs a bird perched on a twig, with the faded outlines of friends in a lavender sky, with a photo of your own.

The verse is about friendship and encouragement. It opens with “Go out on a limb” and closes with “Feather your nest with friendships and know the sky is your limit.” The advice is simple and kind, and it reads as something one friend says to another before a big move or a new job. A photo of the two of you, or of a whole group, turns the frame into friendship decor with a personal reason behind it. It also works as one of the inspirational gifts for friends who need a push, for a coworker starting out, and it suits a birthday, a Christmas stocking or a thank-you, or for a birder who likes the bird as much as the saying. The lilac-breasted roller is a colorful African bird, so the frame appeals to bird wall decor collectors too.

You add the photo once the frame arrives. The front is a clear, shatter-resistant panel that keeps the frame lightweight, and the 8×8 stands on its built-in easel back or hangs from the wall hanger on the back, whichever suits the spot.

Each frame is made to order in our family-owned shop in NE Ohio. The print uses fade-resistant inks, and the frame is finished in Barnwood, Charcoal, Black or Walnut. The lavender and warm bird colors sit well against any of the four, so you can match the frame to a desk, a shelf or a gallery wall. At 8×8 it is small enough for an office desk or a bedside table and still large enough to read from a few steps away.

Choose a frame color, add a favorite photo when it arrives, and send a friend a keepsake that says you are glad to have them.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
