Tennis Court Patent Canvas Print – Vintage Sports Room Wall Art

Description

A 1982 tennis court patent drawing, printed on gallery-wrapped canvas in two sizes – an 11×14 for a desk or shelf and a 16×20 that holds a wall on its own. As a tennis court patent canvas print it reproduces the original design sheet in fine sepia linework: the full court in perspective, the boundary lines, and the net stretched between two posts, laid out the way a draftsman filed them over four decades ago.

The design is a genuine synthetic-surface court, drawn in full alongside cutaway views of the turf, its backing, and the sand topdressing that gives the surface its footing. It reads as honest sporting-goods history rather than a decorative sketch, the kind of plate a player, coach, or collector keeps for the detail alone. Hung in a den, rec room, or hallway, it settles naturally alongside trophies, racket art, or other tennis keepsakes.

Each canvas is made in the USA in our family workshop in Northeast Ohio, made to order and printed with fade-resistant inks on gallery-wrapped canvas so the sepia tones hold their color for years. It ships as one of our tennis court canvas wall art prints, sized for a shelf at 11×14 or a wall statement at 16×20.

Hanging is simple: the included adhesive strips hold the canvas securely without nails or tools, and it removes cleanly without holes or wall damage, so it suits a dorm or apartment as easily as a permanent rec room. The 16×20 is sized to anchor a den or hallway wall on its own.

For a coach, instructor, or weekend player who already collects tennis court blueprint wall art, this tennis court patent canvas print is an easy way to bring real court engineering onto the wall – order the size that fits your space.

Every order is made and packed by hand in our family shop in Northeast Ohio. We use premium gallery-wrapped canvas, high-quality frame material and fade-resistant inks for both prints and canvas. Each frame is made to order and shipped same or next business day.
